Dealing With Those Who Have Crept In Unawares

Time and time again I am reminded of the problems that go on in our Southern Baptist Churches.  For the most part, a ruling family or two, or three, has positioned their selves so as to utilize maximum control over a congregation.  The Pastor as well suffers because these individuals attempt to control him as well.  Through snippy comments, threats, and gestures these individuals mark their territory like a male dog at the local fire hydrant.  They are most often bullies in all areas of their lives and are used to getting their way.  Though they have a form of godliness inside they are ravenous wolves.  They are the ones whose comments at business meetings cause others to cringe but nothing is ever done because a godless politically-correct mindset has taken over our churches.  It is time that Pastors come out from behind their desk and exercise their God-given authority and run the wolves out of Dodge.  It is time for a cleansing, unless you are afraid that you might lose your benefits.  Shame on you, O' man of God who allows money and security to dictate your agenda.  You have forgotten that the Lord is your inheritance.  Wake up out of your stupor or go sell shoes.   These three sermons out of the book of Jude are for you.

Jude Pt. 1             Jude Pt. 2             Jude Pt. 3
